Register online here. You can continue to step #2 immediately after registering, but the Wholesale pricing will not be viewable until your membership is approved.
To select products that you want to sell, click on the “Add to Wishlist” link found in each product page. It looks like this:
When adding products to your Wish List, select the color option only you want. You don’t need to select sizes and we will automatically add all available sizes to your Online Shop.
During the website development process, we will ask you how you want products to be categorized in the Online Shop menu. For example: By class name, class level, student age, gender, etc.
Embellish your dancewear logo! Choose from embroidery, flex film, or crystals. We will ask for your selections during the logo / artwork design process.
Please email files to sales@logodancewear.com. Preferred file formats are Adobe .AI and .EPS
Your design may need to be modified slightly depending on the embellishment you choose if necessary.
You can request up to 3-design modifications until you are satisfied.
When your logo/artwork is ready, we will email you mock-ups for final approval.
Your work is done, but ours has just begun. We will begin building your new Online Shop. This takes about 14 days, depending on the number of products in your site, as well as our workload of new clients who we are currently helping.
We’ll make your Online Shop look and feel similar to your existing website by adding your company logo to the header, by using the same colors, and by using the same font styles whenever possible.
All you need to do is to add a menu button onto your existing website that will link to your Online Shop.
Your new Online Shop’s web address will be a sub-domain of logodancewear.com. For example: www.studio123.logodancewear.com.com. In this example, “studio123” is the sub-domain of “logodancewear.com”.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO HAVE A MINIMUM $350 PURCHASE PLUS $150 WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE FEES (This is one time charge for a single store) BEFORE BUILDING YOUR WEBSITE.
Most studio owners fulfill this requirement by purchasing dancewear for display-only and for sizing purposes at their studios.
When a customer purchases a product on your website, we handle 100% of the order fulfillment for you. When a purchase is made, both the customer and you receive automatic email notification from your website. When the order has been shipped, the customer and you receive a second email notification from your website, along with tracking information. We also handle returns and refunds.
SECURE PAYMENT PROCESSING: Purchase payments are processed securely through PayPal’s payment gateway, allowing your customers to safely pay online with confidence using VISA, MasterCard, American Express or their PayPal account. (PayPal accepts all major credit/debit cards,)
SHIPPING: We use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for all purchase shipments. When a purchase order is shipped, your website automatically sends a second email notifying the customer and you with a USPS.com Tracking Number.
You Set the Price to Control Your Profit Margins
Earn profit on every product sold on your new dancewear website.
You are in control of your product prices, and therefore your profit margins. The amount of profit you make from every product purchased on your website is determined by the dollar or percentage markup that you choose to add over our wholesale prices.
Remember, our wholesale prices DO NOT INCUDE ALL CUSTOMIZATION for your products. The final wholesale prices depend on how you want your logo to look. We will quote you after going through with you on logo placement process.

About the first week of December, we will issue you a check for your earnings along with a sales report which includes all transactions over the past 12 months (from last December to this November). If your paycheck is equal or larger than $600, we will issue you a 1099 in coming January for tax purpose.
As an alternative to selling dancewear online, you can purchase inventory in bulk orders (minimum 12 items per order). We customize your items with your logo / artwork and ship directly to you with no setup fees.
With the Direct Wholesale option, you sell directly to your customers out of your studio / business location and receive payment directly from your customers.

NOTE: We do not recommend increasing the price on non-customized products where they can be purchased elsewhere for less. Only your customized products (with your company logo) are unique, which rationalizes a higher selling price.

Yearly Paycheck & Sales Report
